How to Track Your Order

All AlphaFuel Pro orders are processed and shipped through BuyGoods, our trusted retail partner. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Look for the shipping confirmation email from BuyGoods in your inbox (also check your spam/junk folder). This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Step 2: Track via BuyGoods

You can also track your order directly through the BuyGoods customer portal:

  • Visit www.buygoods.com/contact
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • View your complete order status and tracking details

Step 3: Track with Your Carrier

Once you have your tracking number, you can also track your package directly on the carrier's website:

  • US Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (FREE shipping on select packages)
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days (rates may vary)
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it?

Please check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or around your delivery area. Sometimes packages are delivered to a safe location. If you still can't locate your package, contact us immediately and we'll help resolve the issue.
